Sales Manager – Sourcing & Logistics (Based in Mārupe, Latvia)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Manager who will drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships with businesses in need of sourcing and logistics services. You will be our bridge between clients in Europe and operations in China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients needing sourcing and logistics services from China
  • Provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions
  • Collaborate with our China-based team to ensure smooth communication and operations
  • Represent CARGOSY at meetings and networking events
  • Monitor sales performance and report to management

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sourcing is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (Russian is a bonus)
