Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Manager who will drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships with businesses in need of sourcing and logistics services. You will be our bridge between clients in Europe and operations in China.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities

Build and manage a portfolio of clients needing sourcing and logistics services from China

Provide tailored logistics and supply chain solutions

Collaborate with our China-based team to ensure smooth communication and operations

Represent CARGOSY at meetings and networking events

Monitor sales performance and report to management

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sourcing is a strong plus)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset

Fluent in Latvian and English (Russian is a bonus)
